History: Born to a Knight, his mother struggled to pay the bills. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Don was born the youngest of three triplets. His first spouse was a Miner, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and regain custody of his son

Personality: He is mildly Human supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Born in the west to a Interpreter, Frederick learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: To protect his home; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Miles embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Miles was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. After a long history of fighting, Miles and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.
