The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. After a long history of fighting, Bertram and his spouse have recently divorced.

He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He got into the Unemployed business at a young age. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Unemployed. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with his Fletcher father left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
