Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left leg, he has a large grey mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his brown robe. His hair is long and red with streaks of chestnut, and is pulled back with small grey clips. His beard is chestnut, braided, and well cared for. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Hugh was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bowyer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
