Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Gilbert's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Bounty Hunter but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Gilbert was born with his father's beautiful face. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: He was raised in a desert tribe. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: This tall, slender man wears a grey costume with the symbols of the four houses of cards on his torso. His golden hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. A true patriot, Adelard would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: A stocky darker skinned man, he wears a fancy blue suit. His hair is red and curly. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are green.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Gerard embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered south to less war torn lands. He saw the violence of war and the aftermath so he converted to religion and dedicated himself to non-violence.

Motivation: He is greedy; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he typically wears grey cloth garments or leather armor. He wears his chestnut hair up. His brown eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Being a Interpreter kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world
