Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He struck the Carter job and began his own company from there.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and to unite with his brother

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.
History: He is a Deep Scion in disguise. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His long black hair reaches down to his waist. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: Lance wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Rogue, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: Lance lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: Lewis was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
Motivation: Expand his business; and sabotage a competitor
