His father taught him the rudiments of the Laborer arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. At a young age his father died while driving off some gnolls. His mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in ceremonial dagger use. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: Many gnolls want him driven away; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it
