History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Charles has worked very hard to control his curse. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

History: He comes from a rich western family. A gifted student he started as a Server, but he got bored and became a Roofer. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
