He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Hunter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

History: Raymond was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He struck the Cook job and began his own company from there.
