He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. The war was a terrible time for him, and Aldous does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born in the north. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Description: This northern man wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a white coat. His clothes are grease stained in places. He has a very tight haircut. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Mason. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: He was born in the north. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Mason hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the west were limited. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and to be a dilettante again

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears a black armored body suit, with a simple green line shooting up and back down. His silver hair is greasy and uncared for. He is baby faced.

Personality: He is mildly Human supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Gerard was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Aldous was born the youngest of three triplets. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and regain custody of his son
