Description: This man is tall and muscular. He wears a tight fitting grey shirt and pants. He has a very tight haircut. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are brown.
Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. The war was a terrible time for him, and Manfred does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with his Ploughman father left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he wears an entirely black suit with brown socks and a vest with buckled shoes. He has a golden handlebar mustache and slicked back golden hair. He has a tattooed face.
Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Detective hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and his religion dominates his actions

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt. His tied-back hair is brown. His eyes are brown and beady.
Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Anthony fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To be a Spice Merchant again; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: He wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'5" when asserting himself. He wears a colorful flower in his black hair. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Unemployed who has hired him part-time. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.
History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. He found a children's book about a Human Bard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs
