Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Adelard hails from a village terrorized by giants. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Adelard took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up spear and armor he uses now. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
