Description: He has a missing right leg. He is dressed in earthy colors with a black and white handkerchief worn on his right side. His chestnut hair is still thick. This hazel eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. Kyle enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Kyle was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Actor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Description: He wears a green vest and prefers black and red shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His hair is red and very short. He has blue eyes and a green hat with a black feather.
Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the north. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Fortune-teller they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Interpreter, and he later adopted a second daughter.
Motivation: Wants to raise his children well.

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. He has dyed his greying red hair a little too much giving a sharp red color. He is baby faced.
Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
History: Gifted from a young age, Roger studied abroad. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He was granted druidic powers by his dying brother.
Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and to reunite with his absent father

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He receives visions of the future at random moments
History: Lance was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Spice Merchant hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. He wears his black hair up. His eyes are likewise gray. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Norman abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: He's looking for his big break.
