Personality: Percival speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world
