Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.
