Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: He was born in a small island village. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
Motivation: To pay off his debts; and retire the richest man in the north

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Description: He typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep black leather and dull red iron scale mail. He carries with him a set of clubs, each one with a sapphire on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His silver hair is knotted and matted. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: Thomas was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Aristocrat, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Aristocrat in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.
History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Roger was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He bought a lance and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: He wants revenge against drow; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it
