Description: An older man who wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge, he is not a threatening figure. His moppish blonde hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He has blue eyes.
Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.
History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. Ernest liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears a worn and beaten armor. He has done his best to style his white hair to look like a famous performer. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his violet eyes.
Personality: He is happy with his job as a Blacksmith. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Bertram and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and to find somewhere to settle down

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He likes to wear ponchos typically of a light green in addition to tight pants. His silver hair is cut short. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.
History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Courier work with an outfit from a few towns over. Courier work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He became a Courier soon after.
Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs. His auburn hair is heavily combed to the left. His eyes are likewise hazel. His teeth are white and perfect.
Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Banker. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing painting.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Banker. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Banker and occasionally as a mercenary.
Motivation: He is greedy; and further expansion of business

Description: He is lean but muscular and prefers to wear flannel. With bright chestnut hair and a scraggly beard. He has a dull look in his amber eyes.
Personality: Gilbert is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of gnolls once and for all.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When Gilbert reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
Motivation: To clean up the streets; and to unite with his sister
