Description: This malnourished man wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. His blonde hair, when down, is lengthy. He wears an eyepatch.
Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Barber born in the past three hundred years. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Barber hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Barber for the past few years.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Barber responsibilities is difficult.

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he tends to wear a blue poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. His head has been shaved. He wears an eyepatch.
Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes illithids are coming to abduct people. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.
History: Solomon was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Solomon alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and to reunite with his old friends

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he dresses in white turtlenecks beneath a brown coat with yellow slacks. His white hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His green eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.
History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Through the years after Roger was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Roger's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Miner responsibilities is difficult; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears a green costume with the symbols of magic on his torso. His white hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: Balimaar hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his dancing career. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
History: Balimaar was born the youngest of three triplets. He found a children's book about a Human Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He's also a talented Mercenary, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Scribe and was forced into it by his family; and to reunite with his absent mother

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.
History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying sister.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep.
