Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He sports blue clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. He has shaved his head bald. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep hazel.

Personality: Conrad is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Conrad was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Bard, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Bard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature longsword.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Barkeep but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He wants revenge against orcs; and balancing his hectic life and new barkeep responsibilities is difficult

Description: He prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'1" when asserting himself. He has auburn hair. His eyes are green.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and he has money and likes to spend it

Description: This slender man stands about 5'3". He wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. He wears his white hair down. His half smiles and hazel eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the west. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west; and he has money and likes to spend it

Description: A stocky darker skinned man, he is typically in his Ruler uniform. His moppish brown hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His gray eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Randal took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up sickle and armor he uses now. He struck the Ruler job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and doesn't want to be a ruler and was forced into it by his family
