History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. After coming to the age of reason, Percival took it upon himself to study the druidic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He was granted druidic powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
