Description: A 5'5" northern man, he is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest. He has black hair. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He is frequently practicing swordplay.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Through the years after Conrad was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Conrad's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and to share knowledge with the world

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.
History: He got into the Cook business at a young age. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.
Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and he is greedy

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His hair is cut close to his head. He wears a mask on his face.
Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Trey fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and he feels threatened by others

Description: He prefers to wear violet clothing when he does not wear armor. He carries with him a set of longswords on his belt, each one with a sapphire on the hilt. He has styled his golden hair well, parting it to the left. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. Gunter is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Bowyer arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and regain custody of his daughter

Description: This western man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his morningstar with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. His auburn hair has been sun bleached extensively. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting gnolls, the young John began to lead the lost caravan. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Many gnolls want him driven away.
