Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He was raised in a desert tribe. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he is greedy
