History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Adelard liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Patrick took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up longbow and armor he uses now. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His childhood dream was to be a Performer, but he was a colossal failure. He has worked as a Engraver like his father before him.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He's also a talented Courier, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
