History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. A true patriot, Charles would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Charles was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When Charles reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away.
