Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he is dressed in a clean white cloak covering his clean studded leather. His auburn hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His fierce violet eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. A freak accident while working with his Sage father left him crippled. He's also a talented Sage, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and revenge

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Gunter was born with his father's beautiful face. He found a children's book about a Human Commoner who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. After a long history of fighting, Gunter and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and he has passion for adventuring and risk

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He feeds upon the attention of others.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: To protect his home.

Description: He has a missing right leg. He wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a tan coat. He has blonde hair. His amber eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. The war was a terrible time for him, and Adelard does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Adelard hails from a village terrorized by illithids. When Adelard reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Adelard was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.

Motivation: Many illithids want him driven away; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
