Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. Some 6 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Bertram never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love.
