History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. After coming to the age of reason, Nicholas took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. A freak accident while working with his Body Guard mother left him crippled. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.
