History: He comes from a rich southern family. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He now mingles about in high society.

History: Hugh was born the youngest of three triplets. His first spouse was a Bather, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
