History: Frederick was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A freak accident while working with his Junk Dealer father left him crippled. He has achieved small success as a Barrister.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: He was born in the north. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. A true patriot, Charles would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.
