History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. He worked as a nervous Blacksmith and found it very stressful. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: The child of a Crown-heir, who enjoyed hunting, Nicholas was taken on many hunting expeditions. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Armorer for hire.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and sabotage a competitor

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. Through the years after Norman was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Norman's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
