History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His childhood dream was to be a Carter, but he was a colossal failure. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with his Mayor father left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son.
