Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Bertram isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Bertram alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. Bertram was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the brigands.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and his religion dominates his actions
