History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: Gerald was born the youngest of three triplets. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Description: This southern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). He is bald on top and has large red tufts of hair around his ears. His eyes are hazel and beady.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Justin was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and retire the richest man in the south

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of giants may trigger it at times.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. In his youth he was a Bricklayer, and wanted to be a champion fighter when he grew up. He was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives he lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. He saw the brutality and swore off his fighting aspirations, taking his younger brother on his back after seeing his parents die, and fled the country. He has worked as a Spice Merchant like his mother before him.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Spice Merchant responsibilities is difficult; and he wants revenge against giants

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and balancing his hectic life and new ruler responsibilities is difficult
