His gray eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Manfred was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. After coming to the age of reason, Manfred took it upon himself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Layabout for hire.

Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the west were limited. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
