Description: He is a man of bearing and well nourished. He is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. His head has been shaved. His violet eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He has all his life been fascinated with painting.
History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Shane fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Ruler profession.
History: Gerald was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature crossbow.

Description: He wears tattered old clothes. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his pickaxe, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a skull on it. He is bald on top and has large blonde tufts of hair around his ears. His eyes are a pleasant brown.
Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.
History: He comes from a rich western family. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and to unite with his sister

Description: He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. He is portly but not overly obese. His blonde hair is still thick. He has brown eyes and a brown hat with a black feather.
Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Human culture. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Diggory was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.
