Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. Charles enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and to clean up the streets

History: Tim lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His parents enrolled him in a Warlock school at a young age so that he could practice his psionic talents. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
