History: The child of a Merchant, who enjoyed hunting, Gerard was taken on many hunting expeditions. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Justin was born with his mother's beautiful face. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Ruler and was forced into it by his family; and to unite with his sister

He usually wears his green robe and has his longsword always slung over his shoulder. His hair, while still mostly white, has prominent grey streaks. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He was born in the north. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Anselm hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. His parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when he was still a young child. The dire rats captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things.

History: He got into the Barkeep business at a young age. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: To be a Baker again; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
