Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality.
