History: William hails from a village terrorized by illithids. His parents were killed by illithids in a raid when he was still a young child. The illithids captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Server hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and his religion dominates his actions

History: He was born in a small forest village. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Bather. He struck the Bather job and began his own company from there.

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. A true patriot, John would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the south. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Cory grew up listening to his father's many stories. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
