History: Anselm lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Anselm alone in the world. History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the south. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Simon was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Simon's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and a deep hatred of gnolls
