History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Glassblower for the past few years.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Bernard grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature axe.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and he desires power and/or immortality

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He is a great chef.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. A gifted student he started as a Ruler, but he got bored and became a Healer. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Healer for hire.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

History: Gilbert was born the youngest of three triplets. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.
