History: Conrad hails from a village terrorized by brigands. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Conrad alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature pickaxe.
