History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the east. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: Charles was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right.
