History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. After a long history of fighting, Hugh and his spouse have recently divorced.

He keeps his chestnut hair in a flapper bob. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Junk Dealer who has hired him part-time. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.
