Description: Runty and weak-looking, he likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. His red hair is still thick. His eyes are a pleasant violet.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Ernest was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he wears a grey shirt with thin yellow vertical stripes and white pants. His head has been shaved. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Shane took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up longsword and armor he uses now. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Shane fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Ralf hails from a village terrorized by giants. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform After a long history of fighting, Ralf and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He bought a pickaxe and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
