Bernard Radcliffe, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right leg, he wears a brown coat over a black low-cut shirt, and a wide-brimmed hat upon his head. His white hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a wide-brimmed hat. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town.
