Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Godfrey was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the orcs.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. Chad is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

History: Henry was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Henry's homeland. Henry decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 13 years.

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His long brown hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are blue.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: Bertram was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Bard, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Bard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 9 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Bertram never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Bertram fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
