Personality: Kody is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He has all his life been fascinated with poetry.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: Born to a Servant, his father struggled to pay the bills. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Scribe. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
