History: He was raised in a desert tribe. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He struck the Weaver job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

History: He was born into a rich family. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Personality: Conrad is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Conrad was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Bard, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Bard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Gilbert liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
