History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He became a Armorer soon after.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and to be a beggar again

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: Charles was raised in a hard working conservative environment. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He has taken up work as a Bellfounder and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and balancing his hectic life and new bellfounder responsibilities is difficult
