Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and to prove his worth to the world

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. The war was a terrible time for him, and Robert does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Robert lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He struck the Gardener job and began his own company from there.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Odo was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he wants revenge against drow

Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His hair, while still mostly red, has prominent grey streaks. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He got into the Baker business at a young age. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Guy took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up flail and armor he uses now. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
